evanescence has always been one of my favorite bands since i was a little girl. i remember my mom playing their album "fallen" when i was only five years old. i quickly fell in love with their haunting melodies and writing skills, as well as their unique look. i finally got to see them play live for the first time this past year, and it was life-changing. amy lee has not only been a huge musical influence but a style influence for me. she's one of the main reasons i dyed my hair black; her vampire look has always been the coolest to me.
