Weekend Watch: Donnie Darko [2001]

Easter weekend… but instead of pastel bunnies and candy, we’re going with something a little more unhinged.

If you’re going to watch anything with a rabbit this weekend, it might as well be Donnie Darko.

Frank might not be exactly what Easter had in mind, but the whole movie has that same underlying theme of weird transformation, time loops, and everything feeling slightly off. It’s suburban, it’s eerie, and it kind of sticks with you in a way that’s hard to explain.

Not your typical Easter watch… but definitely more our speed.
